The dissolution of boundaries merging into a unified whole contributes not only to the metonymical contaction of space but to the autonomous identity between geographical terrain, viz, urban and rural sprawls, in which is further extended the depiction of the flaneur, an alienated being roaming aimlessly through the margins seeking out his own reflection in the narcissist mirror of ocean that will in the final analysis drown him. ~Ayana Noble Queensland, Australia ayana@artsconnect.com.au . -Ayana Reply . -Ayana Reply

Realestate in Australia is number one on the minds of everyone. Ownership is the word in 2002 according to the new Labour. Beach front very nice thank you, yes love is realestate. Thing I like about this print is the chair sitting outside in the public area, this is what we should all be doing improving our public areas so we can all have a fine time. Ownership who needs it you can't take it when you die. . -Ken Clark Reply
Chris, Are you selling the grassy area in the foreground of your art work? If so, to whom and what development is planned for the site? Good art image. . -Michael Zschech Reply
I am interested in the ocean as realestate who do I contact, hello is there any one selling ocean space a surf beach would be good then I could charge surfers money to surf. . -Richy Rich Reply
Richy, you can put in a bid for the ocean; I'll put in a bid for the ocean bed floor and rent the use of the space to you. Should we go through L.(Ly**g)J.(J*w*)Hooker (P*o*i*u*e)? . -Michael Zschech Reply
Forget realestate agents their rip of merchants. They put on %20 to all they sell try swimming without paying inthe ocean while you still can. I think they want to charge at bondi beach now. . -Richy Rich Reply
Richy, I have yet to have one positive experience when dealing with a real estate agent. Yes, the syringe raked areas are definately more popular than non-raked syringe areas for most beached, white whales to lie and breach air on. . -Michael Zschech Reply

Good morning is a yellow wood cut print. Its mark making is fast and to the point, lots going on in the bright morning sun light of this work. Yes waking up on a sunny morning early and going for a morning walk or surf is love for sure. . -Michael Florrimell Reply
Yapha, One colour can say so much at times and you have been able to achieve this in your art work. . -Michael Zschech Reply
Yellow is the colour for looking for butter under the chin. Hold a yellow flower under your chin and see if it turns yellow. . -Julie Reply
Julie. I've tried the butter under the chin sceen, but the yellow frangapannies growing in my communial back garden are wonderful to smell, touch, see and feel. If I listen to their sounds (?) while floating in a bowl of water in my home, I can hear them saying, what you have just commmented on. . -Michael Zschech Reply
Yellow is the colour of the yellow submarine in the bettles song sung by Ringo Star. Actually yellow makes me feel kind of sick. . -Julie Reply

wonderful.someone once said that art isn't functioning as art at the moment that/if/when it's being explained.this speaks wonderfully of/4 itself. . -valkyrie Reply
Art functioning as art put this one in the 2 hard basket. Art can't function becouse we don't know what art is. Art History books can try and convince you but you don't have to beleive. As an Artist just do it, explanations can come later. Still it's fun trying to explain. . -Michael Florrimell Reply

Julie, equality as theory or equality as a reality today where some a more equal than others? Equality of balance or equality of control? What about gender equity awareness, access, participation and accountability graphs related to art/printmaking in Australia today. I love to love to see these. Michael, Even Tina Turner ask's the question over, over and over again, "What's love got to do with it"? I think I can hear her singing it right now somewhere! All the buildings are still over there; ideal for a Pet Food Processing Factory to relocate into. This could also create employment for all of our thousands and thousands of inner city "street people". Great contradicting image. . -Michael Zschech Reply
Interesting to see the back lot of Foxs studios closing and being sold off, so more workers could be employed for the making of such great american movies such as star wars matrix etc. Next time your watching one of these movies think about the 1000s of workers who worked 68 hour weeks for a few wee dollars to bring you the slops you require. May be a few real love movies are due and maybe we should make some movies which are about reality not war. . -Michael Florrmell Reply
Michael, Are you asking for a cultural change in some Western mind-sets through calculated themes in the media? Do you think Darth Vader is going to be able to eat slops? More movies on reality? Do you want us all to leave Lala Land? More movies on real love? There are supposedly 16 different groups of love in this written language context. Which one is the real group? . -Michael Zschech Reply
16 forms of love dont know the 16 forms, its up to each individual to choose how they love. My point was about war and love maybe there is a love for war in american culture. Maybe the 2 go hand in hand. Seems like in their movies they have to have a good fight before any romance can take place. . -Michael Florrimell Reply
Michael, Yes, you are right, 16 forms of love, how (English/Greek/?) limiting in my comment. Sorry. Of course there are "BILLIONS" of types of love, as there are as many individuals on this and other planets, that have related to each other in some way. My comment and perspective was from,"AGARAPAE (God's Love)THROUGH TO PERSONAL SELF RESPECT. You want to start me on U.S.A. issues? Careful. You want to start me on "Romance" issues, Careful. . -Michael Zschech Reply
Yep self respect can help for a start reading John Kings novel England away at the moment ah la Irvine Welshs prodigy, the trouble with being poor and bored is that self respect is low. This causes less repect for others, of coarse this is a very generalised comment but back to John Kings book which is really about class system in the 2000's and which is really the start of love breaking down. See also George Orwells book down and out in Paris and London. Living with the poor George was able to experience first hand the the life that came with being poor in the early 20th century. . -Michael Florrimell Reply
Michael, thank you. You have given me a lot of reading material to research. I certainly can't say I've got nothing to do. . -Michael Zschech Reply
There is plenty to do join the M1 protests you dont have to go to the streets just start looking into whats going on in the world and then start something to counteract. . -Michael Florrimell Reply

May Day protest are about people for people . People against corparate captial greed. Equal societys, equal food distrubution, solar energy, cleaning up the world, saving envoiroments etc. They are world wide protest and can happen any time any place, reclaim the streets is also cool, taking over a street on foot and Bike kicking the cars of the road for a day yeah. . -Michael Florrimell Reply

Michael, True. But where does art and specifically printmaking go from here? . -Michael Zschech Reply
Printmaking goes back to what it has always been communications eg 2000s tv computors videos film etc. Unlike painting printmaking has the scope to be part of everyones every day life as we all us the above mentioned. Where as painting is like a hobby or study for the few who are interested in painting. In other words if you are a printmaker you are living a normal 21st century life style where if your a painter you are living a 15 th century life style. . -Michael Florrimell Reply
Michael, thank you for explaining your personal philosophy, metaphics, ideology and school of thought in relation to printmakers of today. As a printmaker/artist, I have always felt inferior to artists whom paint with oil on canvas. I'm glad I'm not trying to relive a passae' "HOBBY" art form. It is now again, time for printmakers of all mediums to reclaim what the "status quo commercial" Jurassic Park Hobbistists have stolen from us. How does this reclaimation take place? Suggestions? . -Michael Zschech Reply
There will be no reclaim on printmaking in the commercial sector as we are already practicing in it as printmakers. See your daily life timetable as proof of this and just keep on keeping. . -Michael Florrimell Reply
Michael, surely there's something to reclaim. Why don't we invent something to reclaim as I feel there should be more to all this. Selah! Looking at my current daily timetable, I think I must have an obsessive, compulsive, printmaking, disorder, syndrome gene. I must discuss this with my psychiatrist. . -Michael Zschech Reply
You are right there is a lot to reclaim but it has to start with printmakers themselves. For a start no more bury your head in the sand printmakers. It is our claim that of the mass media and we must start to use it. . -Michael Florrimell Reply
Michael, I want to reclaim back from the "performance artists", what was slowly stolen from the "visual artists" a few decades ago. That is equal attention, support and promotion in Australia. . -Michael Zschech Reply
Yep stolen space but who needs a place where administators tell artists what to do. Reclaim the streets and do your performance there. The Gallery is dead until some one hands it back to the artists again. And I dont see that happening in our life time. . -Michael Florrimell Reply

The cow needs to be milked. . - Reply
Will someone please milk this cow for the love of animal liberation. . - Reply
Its not worth the time to milk the cow any more. The economic purists have come to the dairy industry so the price of milk is free to go up in shops and down to farmers so dairy farms close up and the price will go up even more. And it makes not one wit of difference to our pure economists whether our children drink milk or pepsi. No doubt in 60 years some genius will announce that it's cheaper to subsidise milk for children than have the health system deal with a lot of frail older people. Regan and Thatcher are long gone but the influence of the selfish narrow minded greedy ideals founded during those times just keeps getting stronger. . -Paul Somerset Reply

Rob, don't waist that block of tofu, press it in an Easter Egg mould, set it in the fridge again, stick it on the end of a blue gum stick, roast it over an open fire, and you've got "MOCK", roast, bullie calve's testicle. Who needs cows in your life, continually mooing in your ears anyway?. Richy, a good place to make cows start swimming back to their homeland is from River Heads, QLD, towards Frazer Island, as the sharks in that area already are trained up to eat more beef, as many of the cattle barges bringing cattle back from eating out Frazer Island, sunk. The cattle fed on Frazer Island, rainforest nutrition were either eaten by sharks or washed up on the mainland beaches. They were became twice their size, if they ended up as getsumn on a mainland beach. Not to be kicked or poked with a stick because of internal "death" gas. . -Michael Zschech Reply

Julie, we've now got lots of sharks in Sydney Harbour as well. Maybe we could start swimming them from Lunar Park out towards the Heads. How many truck loads per day should we be able to move? Of course we should sell tickets to watch the up close shark feeding sessions. This could become a really big thing. . -Michael Zschech Reply

You know the lips can distinguish between solid, liquid and gas. And selectivly expel which ever they want. The anal sphincter can only distinguish between solid and gas. It gets a bit confused distinguishing between solid/liquid or gas/liquid. If nature wasn't such a bungler it could have installed the full lip set at each end of the alimentry canal, saved on the need for an asshole gene and at the same time eliminated a major contributary factor of brown underwear syndrome. Lips are for kissen ya fools so stop all the talk about arse holes. Gee some people are just carnal in nature. Talk about love in all the right places and the right reasons and you may start to get some love in return. . -Ricky Swallowed Reply
Richy -right reasons? right places? Yes now that I look at this work again, I think that is important for kisses/kissers.But to get there can sometimes be trying. I remember I kissed someone once and he screamed loudly against it/then I screamed from that/ then the neighbours almost screamed...but the funny thing is I'd still kiss again. Passage of time makes resolve and things clearer.Except on the subject of this work where the artist put kiiss my ass- without the right sort of kisses I find my art practise lacking collaborative chemistry almost disappears up my own effete butt.Who do you think I should be then kissing Richy? Maybe even you? How is that possible? . -Valkyrie Reply

But now that it has been bought to my attention - I still can't see it. Then when I looked at this image again (with sun glasses on), it changed to many tones and shades of PURPLE. Only then did this print have current relevant meaning for me. Remember Andy Warhole? . -Michael Zschech Reply

Michael, I have been collecting art/prints that I love , nothing to do with investment, SORT OF HEART/GUT LOVE for now not the future, but I believe they will become the Margaret Prestion/Andy Wharhole print investments of the the future. Look and buy all 1950's prints from any antique/junk shop that you can. $10.00 to $75.00, you should pay (framed). Expect to re-sell in the future for much more.
